Team Captain registration is now open for the 18th Annual C.A.S.U.A.L. (Colon cancer Awareness Saves Unlimited Adult Lives) Day 2021.

If you register as a team captain before February 23rd, schedule an appointment at (570) 904-8808 to stop by our office, 312 Adams Avenue, Scranton, starting on February 25th to pick up a free C.A.S.U.A.L. Day  t-shirt.

The deadline to become a Team Captain and to submit your order is Wednesday, March 10, 2021 by 4:00PM. You can order multiple times until the deadline. 

Please note, we will not have retail locations this year due to the pandemic. 

C.A.S.U.A.L. Day is Thursday, March 25. 
By participating in this colon cancer awareness initiative, you are helping to spread a
life-saving message about colorectal cancer screening and early detection. Please
know how much we appreciate your commitment to this awareness campaign.

 

This year’s t-shirt is Heather Navy. $20 donation each for a long-sleeve or
short-sleeve t-shirt (Solid Navy), $10 for a face mask and $5 donation each for
a silicone wrist-band.
