Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins Partner with Cancer Institute to Host “Blue Out”
The Northeast Regional Cancer Institute is pleased to announce that the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins will host a “Blue Out” for colorectal cancer awareness at the March 20th home game versus Charlotte.
In addition to encouraging fans to wear blue (the color of colorectal cancer awareness) that day, the Penguins will also donate a portion of the proceeds from individuals who purchase their tickets through a special group program to the Cancer Institute C.A.S.U.A.L. (Colon cancer Awareness Saves Unlimited Adult Lives) Day.
Tickets purchased through this program include a ticket to the game, Penguins hat, hot dog, popcorn, soda, and entry into nightly raffle. Prices are as follows:
Blue Zone: $17.50
Gold Zone: $20.50
Red Zone: $22.50
