Survivors Day. All cancer survivors, caregivers, healthcare professionals, family, and friends or any individual affected by a cancer diagnosis in northeast Pennsylvania are invited to attend Annual Cancer Survivors Day.

Cancer Survivors Day is a dual-location event set for Saturday, September 12th at Kirby Park in Wilkes-Barre and Saturday, September 26th at McDade Park in Scranton.  The event takes place from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at both locations and is free of charge, although we do ask that you pre-register. Cancer survivors, their families, and friends, as well as caregivers and healthcare professionals, are invited to attend.
Each event will include the “Circle of Survivors,” an activity where those in attendance will be able to share a thought or inspirational message about their cancer experience. Additionally, there will be a survivor’s banner, survivor and caregiver ribbons & pins, autograph books/programs, and light refreshments.
