Northeast Regional Cancer Institute Receives Foundation Grant

The Wayne County Community Foundation awarded a grant to the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute.  With the grant, the Cancer Institute will provide Wayne County residents with one-on-one phone counseling/education about the importance of cancer screening.  The target population for this effort is low-income uninsured and underinsured Wayne County residents.
