“Hands on Health” Trunks Available at Local Libraries
The Northeast Library District currently has three “Hands on Health” Trunks circulating throughout its libraries. Each trunk features health information and interactive displays related to one of three topics: Children’s Fitness and Nutrition, Adult Fitness and Nutrition, and Healthy Choices Cancer Awareness. The Northeast Regional Cancer Institute and Marywood University will also be offering educational programs at participating libraries to complement the information in the trunks. For more information about where the trunks will be available, contact Pamela Murphy at pmurphy@albright.org or 348-3000 ext. 3012.
