The Northeast Regional Cancer Institute will host a guest bartender celebration at Kildare’s in Scranton on March 31st. The celebration, which is open to the public, will wrap up the organization’s annual colorectal cancer awareness campaign, C.A.S.U.A.L. (Colon cancer Awareness Saves Unlimited Adult Lives) Day. The event will take place from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. and all tips earned by the guest bartenders will support Cancer Institute colorectal cancer education and outreach in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Kildare’s will also donate 50% of the sales of domestic drafts to the cause and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins mascot, Tux the Penguin, will make an appearance.
