Cancer Survivor Artwork Hosted by Osterhout LibraryThe Osterhout Free Library is currently hosting an art display entitled, “Tiles: From Tears to Triumph,” in its Central Branch on South Franklin Street in Wilkes-Barre.  The display was created by the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute and features replications of ceramic tiles that were painted by Luzerne County cancer survivors and caregivers through an art therapy project.  The display will remain in the location until mid-October.
