Montage Mountain Supports Spirit of Hope Celebration

Montage Mountain Resorts in Scranton recently contributed its proceeds from the upsell of a ski and water park pass to the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute. The money raised, $5,418, from these efforts, will benefit the Cancer Institute’s upcoming Spirit of Hope Celebration.

The annual Spirit of Hope Celebration is hosted by a group of individuals known as the Board of Ambassadors. This group is made up of leaders from the community who come together to raise funds and awareness to fight cancer in Northeast Pennsylvania through their support and promotion of a gala event.

The Spirit of Hope Celebration will be held November 6th from 7PM to 10PM at Mohegan Sun Pocono. Proceeds benefit the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute’s Patient Navigation Program. This program helps cover the cost of recommended breast, cervical and colon cancer screenings for low income, uninsured or underinsured individuals in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Tickets are $100 per person and include an evening of live music, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, food stations, a dessert bar and more.
