2015 C.A.S.U.A.L. Day Team Captain Registration Now Open
We invite you to be part of our 12th annual C.A.S.U.A.L. (Colon cancer Awareness Saves Unlimited Adult Lives) Day on Thursday, March 26th by becoming a team captain.
Online registration is NOW OPEN to become a C.A.S.U.A.L. Day Team Captain! Click HERE to fill out the “Team Captain Registration” form or call the Cancer Institute toll free 1-800-424-6724 to get started as a 2015 team captain!
Within a few days, the Cancer Institute will send you a username to the e-mail address you provide. You can then begin ordering your 2014 C.A.S.U.A.L. Day T-shirts and Pins. The shirts are $15 and pins are $5. You can also register to be a Team Captain by calling the Cancer Institute toll free at 1-800-424-6724.
