Free Breast Cancer Awareness Program Available to Community
The Cancer Institute is now offering a free 15-minute program entitled “Breast Cancer: What I Need to Know” to interested service clubs, religious groups, and other organizations.
The program, which is offered with support from The Blue Ribbon Foundation, is designed for women of all ages and includes free breast health information and resources. The risk factors, warning signs and symptoms of breast cancer, and the continued need for breast cancer screening as we get older will also be discussed.
If you are interested in including this valuable presentation in a meeting of your organization, please contact the Cancer Institute at 1-800-424-6724.
Remember, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
