Snö Cove to Host Fundraiser for Judi H. Rock On Memorial Fund

Snö CoveWater Park, Scranton, will host a fundraiser to support the Judi H. Rock On Memorial Fund on September 3rd, 2011.

The park has agreed to donate 25% of gate sales for the day to the Fund, which is in memory of Judi A. Perry Hartridge (picture above), a woman from Dunmore who lost her battle with cancer in 2007. A group of Judi’s friends and family wanted to do something in her memory, and last year began raising funds to support the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute, a local nonprofit that has been easing the burden of cancer in Northeastern Pennsylvania for almost 20 years.

Snö Cove will be open from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on September 3rd.
