This annual dual-location free event is held in honor of all of the people from northeast Pennsylvania who are affected by a cancer diagnosis. The event features the “Circle of Survivors,” an activity during which every person in attendance has the opportunity to say a few words about their experience with cancer. Conversation and light refreshments provide an additional opportunity for connection and support.
Saturday, October 1, 2016 – St. Mary’s Center, Scranton from 6PM to 11PM
Musical event featuring Paul LaBelle and The Exact Change, The Gene Dempsey Orchestra, Old Friends and singer/songwriters Janice Gambo Chesna and Tony Vergnetti.
Tickets: $30 per person which includes food, entertainment, and entry for door prizes.
There will also be a cash bar and raffle baskets.
Friday, November 4, 2016 – Mohegan Sun Pocono from 7PM to 11PM
This year’s theme will be the 25th Anniversary of NRCI.
Hosted by the Board of Ambassadors to raise funds & awareness to fight cancer in the local community. Proceeds benefit NRCI’s Patient Navigation Program. Food stations, open bar, Gift Card Guarantee, Silent and Live Auction, live music from Paul LaBelle and The Exact Change. Ticket cost:TBD
